Through a combination of self-paced learning and interactive Power Huddles, leaders will strengthen their ability to lead change, foster innovation, and build high-performing teams prepared for the future of franchising.

Journey Structure:
Self-Paced Online Course, October 1-15, 2025
Participants will begin with a self-paced digital course through IFA Academy to explore the 4 Essential Roles model and complete interactive exercises that prepare them for deeper exploration during the live Power Huddles.
