Mediating conflicts is a powerful skill that every leader should master. Explain the leader’s role in facilitating respectful and productive workplace mediation.
Use supportive listening, questioning, and summarizing to clarify each party’s perspective.
Guide conflicting parties toward shared understanding and practical solutions.
Document agreed actions that support accountability and reduce future conflict.
