Learn to successfully lead your team through change. As organizations shift and change in today's rapidly evolving business environment, leaders play a vital role in directing the return to productivity. If you are a manager, a team leader, a project lead, or transformation leader, you have the responsibility of delivering results through others. Leading people through change is a big part of how you succeed. Certified in change acceleration process, Susan Stocker has been a change leader on major business transformations. She'll describe the skills you will need to help those you lead navigate through announced changes.
You'll learn about the role of a change leader and explore tools and tactics to help you understand and prepare for organizational changes. You'll also learn the four phases of change, the change leader's responsibilities throughout each phase, and how to address negative reactions and resistance to help your team move forward through change.
By the end of this course, you will have a working knowledge of the factors that influence change and will be equipped to analyze reactions to change and apply techniques to help others adjust to the changes taking place in your company.
