In the Leading Change course, you will learn that change capable leaders focus on both managing and leading change. These leaders understand how others think about and react to change. They use tools to communicate, collaborate, and build commitment. They understand and anticipate resistance to change and employ strategies to overcome this resistance. Change capable leaders know that success comes from a focus on both people and processes.

Learning Objectives
In this course, participants will:
Apply steps to navigate ongoing changes
Describe the two parts of Change Capable Leadership: Change Leadership and Change Management
Leverage the Three C's of Change: Communication, Collaboration, and Commitment
Use the framework of, Self-Esteem, Control, Orientation, Attachment and Pleasure to address the root causes of resistance to change
