The second makes light bulbs go off over people’s heads—ideas flow and problems get solved. The Multiplier is a leader who grows intelligence by engaging and amplifying it. They don’t need the credit, and they don’t need to be the smartest in the room. These type of leaders extract 2x the team’s intelligence than that of a diminisher.
